7:00am - 10:00am- Pick up at the Hotel or Casa Particular and departure to Viñales, Pinar del Río. On the way there will be a short stop to go to the bathroom and have a coffee.
10:00am - 2:00pm- After arriving in Viñales, you will head to the town where the church and the night club are located in the same square due to how small the town is; this is where the experience will begin after meeting with the local guajiro who will accompany us throughout the day with his horses. we will get on them and start the excursion.

    The first stop on the horseback tour will be at a tobacco farm where the legendary Cuban cigars are grown. You will be given a cigar and a detailed explanation of the tobacco plant from planting to harvesting, production process and tobacco varieties. Here you will see the harvest fields, the drying houses and roll a Cuban cigar with your own hands.

    After this, we will continue to the coffee farm, similar to the first stop, you will receive an explanation about each of them from a farmer's perspective, how they separate the coffee from the coffee and how they roast it before they can and drink it. The coffee plants in Cuba are mainly arabica and robust, Cubans in general love the arabica the most.

    Here you will also learn about a very special and unique honey from the bee of the land and a local rum made with a very unique ¨guayabita¨ that only grows in this area.

    At the end, we will continue our tour to the so-called "wall", a place where there is a dam or reservoir of fresh water, where you will have the opportunity to swim if possible that day, and where also, the peasants race on horseback on weekends.

    Then we will continue to a natural and virgin cave called the Golondrinas, a small endemic bird of Cuba that makes its homes right in the caves, in the same way that the African slaves made their palenques in colonial times; when escaping from their masters.

2.00pm - 4:00pm- Lunch will be the next and last thing we will do before returning to Havana, at a local farmers' restaurant in the area. Rice, beans, malanga, sweet potato and fresh vegetables from the farm. Pork, chicken or fish you can choose your main course depending on the availability of the day. Feel free to eat it all, it's a lot of food that guajiros love to share.
4:00pm-7:00pm- After lunch, return to Havana in the same car.
