Can I as an American travel to Cuba for vacation and hire some of your services?

Tourist travel to Cuba is not yet authorized under current U.S. law. However, the Treasury Departments Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has issued general licenses for 12 categories of travel. Individuals who meet the conditions of the general license under which they intend to travel do not need to apply for an additional OFAC license to travel to Cuba. These 12 categories for authorized travel to Cuba include: family visits; official work for the U.S. government, foreign governments and some non-governmental organizations; journalistic activity; professional research and meetings; religious activities; public performances, clinics, conducting workshops, participating in sporting events or other competitions or exhibitions; support for the Cuban people; humanitarian projects; activities of private foundations, research or educational institutions; exports, imports or transmission of information or information materials; and certain transactions for authorized exports.

Can I pay for your services from a region other than Cuba?

Yes, you can make a partial or total payment, depending on the preference in each case, to an electronic wallet that the company has thanks to a Cuban venture called Tropipay, which allows us to make use of your main account created in a bank in Spain.
