7:00am - 10:00am - You will be pick up in Havana at 7am, the pick up place will be at your hotel or casa particular, make sure to let us know your address in advance. 

10:00am - 11:00am - After arriving in Viñales first thing will be going to have breakfast at a local business in the town of Viñales. Some eggs and fresh fruits will be great to have to start the day. When breakfast is over, for next is going for a walk in the small town of Viñales, passing by the main street, square and visiting locals littles business until finally getting to the Valley of Viñales.
Hiking through fields and streams, seeing farmers astride oxen and passing by livestock and tobacco, is a lifetime experience.

11:00am - 1:00pm- After trying a cigar and a cup of coffee, will be time to go to Elieser's family farm, where you will play dominoes in the Cuban style, and will enjoy of a roasted pork lunch and local cuisine from his family and friends, that they will be preparing for you since the day started. Lunch will be compose by:

  • Tostones cubanos with garlic
  • Malanga fried
  • Boiled sweet potato
  • Vegetable salad (this will vary depending on the availability)
  • Roasted pork
  • Congris (rise and back beams together)
  • Yuca with mojo Cubano
  • Coffee
  • Flan
